Fraudulent Charges by Doctor, No Receipts Provided Despite Repeated Requests

I have made numerous requests in writing, via email and by telephone requesting information about charges on my account. There has been fraudulent use of my account with the doctor allowing another patient to use my account for procedures. G.E. will not respond to my request for copies of receipts showing the charges to my account, even though they say there were only three transactions. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, as I am continuing to get hit with fees. Warning to those of you who have not used your card yet. Don't do it.
