Ripoff

I have all the documentation showing when I started requesting the charges to my account to be stopped.
The request began in April requesting the charges to be dropped. They responded with an e-mail telling me someone would be in contact with me. No one replied. So I responded a month later or even sooner requesting again or I would report them to the better businesss bureau.
The e-mail came back showing they had deleted it without even opening up the e-mail.

I finally contacted the credit card company asking them to put a block on the charge. They did credit for the one charge, but the charge appeared on the next months billing. (August.)

This has been going on for the last four to five months.
