False Collections

Our Mom had more than 10 credit balances with Citibank, I had been on a single account. Our Mom died and that I served as her Excutator. I approached Citibank and supply them with 15 copies of her death certification plus they stated they shut all her balances andwould consoladate any outstanding debt and deliver it in my experience for cost. The things they did was maintain many records effective charging $12.00 per month for that support. For weeks I had been about the phone with Citibank about that. Lastly I discover that Citibank shut all my moms balances, place them into selections and use it my credit history.

After I called Citibank about that their Selections Division couldn't locate something and called me for their challenge division. I'm still awaiting them to react to my questions.
