Calling My Parents & discussing financial matters/won't send a letter/gave wrong address

David Anderson with Lenders Resource Preservation, LLC began calling my aged parents providing them with some factual statements about a debt he explained I owed for Chase Manhattan.

I called him and stated I Would never obtained a conventional conversation from his organization before and also to send me one. I also requested for his tackle and delivered him a "stop to speak" notice.

The handle he offered me was G.E. Box 563, Amhearst, NY 14226. Our notice was sent Return Receipt Required. The notice returned in my experience as undeliverable.

I called him nowadays and quit him a voicemail providing him specifics for my document but did not keep my range. The organization site is extremely scaled-down and exhibits they will have just experienced business since 2009. Has other people had any transactions together?

I Have tried the Greater Business Institution and they are not shown. Then recently my parents get another phone (despite the fact that I Would previously educated the organization verbally to not contact them again) this time around from some courtroom providing docket info.

it doesn't seem to me. Used to donot believe the courtroom actually called these details and that I have not obtained a summons to appear or perhaps a notice to look.

I am really confused here. Remarks and recommendations could be appreciated. Anybody?
