Ripoff Threatening to Sue won't send copies of documentation they supposedly have

Having extremely difficult time with a charge-off account I do not believe is mine. Date of last activity on it was 11, but my state has SOL as 6 years.
Asset Acceptance has called me several times and one time I accidently picked up the phone without seeing who it was. They were extremely rude, screamed over me, told me to "Open my ears and zip my lip" because they had the power to send this to the lawyers. I was also told I was being immature, and basically lying about it not being my account. They also said they had copies of checks from my account with my signature.

After that call I sent a letter of no communication (especially since i learned they were calling my parents house about the account!). And told them I didn't believe it was my account.

They responded over a month later with a letter (claiming to be their second notice) asking me to send an FTC ID Theft affidavit. Well, in the affidavit it asks for all proof of any fraud activity. I wrote back to Asset Acceptance, asking them for copies of the checks they have in my file, so that I may finish the affidavit they requested.

Well they completely ignored my letter, and started calling me every day again! How am I supposed to get this resolved if they won't even respond to my request, and just ignore me???

Reading all the reports here I am afraid they are likely to sue me. This is horrible.
