A middle eastern man claiming to be a federal law firm stating I was being sued

A middle eastern guy with horrible English, calls my cell phone to tell me I'm being sued by a Federal court in California. He tells me his name is "Alan Davenport" and everyone else at this so-called federal law firm all spoke horrible english and everyone was middle eastern. Tried to force me to make a payment of 950.00 dollars immediately to keep the case from going to court. He could not provide any details about who was suing me and also asked me if I had any legal education in the beginning of the conversation. And in the background all it sounded like was a bunch of operators standing by at computers and all having conversations on their phones w / people doing the same thing bit over and over.
