Scam and terrible service!

Don't use the corporation. I requested a meal yard for my ex husband since his mom died. It had been said to be shipped 24 hours later. 24 hours later Teleflora named me and stated the agreement I requested wasn't available. I told them I'd appear online for different things and contact them back. I came across an identical item online and named Teleflora back. The individual I talked to mention really broken Language having a powerful middle-eastern feature. I really could not comprehend something she said. The one thing I really could write out of the discussion was the "NEW" agreement could be shipped on a single time. Well, the following day I get another phone from Telefloral, another low-english-speaking individual, and after 10 moments of attempting to keep in touch with her I simply stated "STOP THE ORDER." Then I went online and noticed they had previously billed my charge card for that agreement. I had been compelled to contact Teleflora once more, talked to a different low-english-speaking individual who stated anything about "in a few days." I'm accepting my charge card is likely to be returned in a few days. NEVER USE THE CORPORATION, their customer support is terrible at-best, of course if you are not in the middle-east you'll not comprehend a term they claim.
