False Hopes & Promises

We went to Christian M. Dillon law after having problems keeping up with the mortgage payments we were promised a decrease in the amount of the loan and a lower interest rate. They stated that if they could not help in any way they would refund what we paid. The first person I talked to was Norma Hernandez I told her that I was a little insecure going out looking for help since my financial state was not at its best and I had heard there were other companies robbing people of their money. She promised this would happen and I believed her. After speaking with a couple people in the company they promised this would not be the case since they were real professionals and they were in my favor, but before they could start anything they needed me to pay them a fee of 3,800 to get started. They stated they were here to help me and I could rest assured. I would wait to get phone calls and would never get one so I had no choice but to keep calling them and received very little ad useless information. Just recently I called them again and they stated that they could not do anything to help me because I have to much debt which they all ready knew when I went to them that was the only reason I went to them for help in the first place. So they just basically fooled me into believing they can help me when they could not and do not want to stick to their promise and return my hard earned money which puts me in more debt than I originally had before I started seeking help with their company. Do not use this company for they are here to only take your money and will give you empty promises.
