Am I getting Ripped-Off!

My story is very similar to Alisa R. I heard the info commercial and thought these guys could help me. This all happened before the Obama Loan Remodification plan was put in place. I started this process in December and I still have not heard anything back from Christian Dillon that would confirm that they have represented me or my case. I called the bank today after a number of calls to the Christian Dillon Law Office which I received no response. What I was told is that there was some missing documentation and that they have been waiting on it for a while now.

When I asked what Christian Dillon was doing for me the only response I got was, "they faxed over some items last month". I could have done this all myself according to the Bank Remodification staff member. For $3,495.00 I expected a lot more. Even worse, I called the BBB in California before moving forward and they did have any reports on Christian Dillon, so they gave me their vote of confidence to use the Law office.

Is there a way to get my money back? I can finish the modification myself?
