In November my husband and I were looking for a way to do a morgage modification on our home. We were suffering from loss and changing job situation and saw that there is was going to be a time that we were not going to be able to make our house payment if we didn't do something. My mother and I saw a US Mac advertisement on T.V. It sounded like just what we needed. I called to find out more information, at this time they told me that it would cost $3500 to retain the lawyer. I decided right away that I didn't want to risk our home. My mother on the other hand was willing to give them a 2nd chance and called in. (She just had surgery so she had medical bills she couldn't pay). My mother spoke to a rep. Whom talked her right into paying for her and my retainer fees totaling $7000.00! They had told her that we were both in a hardship and prequalified garenteeing that if they could not do anything for us that they would return the money. The rep. Also advised us to not make our morgage payments because the negotiators would just have it tapped onto the end of our loans. My mother kept making her house payments but my husband and I couldn't. Now two months later they called my mother and said that they found that because she made her house payments she wasn't in a hardship and that they were not going to refund her money. For us, we have been in touch with them and they keep telling us to wait for negotiations. We have yet to receive any paper work from this place and now know its a fraud. After what my mother was told I started to look into Christian M. Dillon. And found that my mother and I are not the only two that have been scamed... Be careful of Christian M. Dillion they are a fraud.
