Family Credit Counseling - Christian Debt Consolidation
Offering false promises sketchy contracts and no delivery of services promised Instead of helping us with debt they've made it worse ripoff

We signed up with Chritian Debt Consolidation in January. They connected us with Family Credit Counseling. There are supposed to help people to eliminate debt more quickly and efficiently. So far they have done nothing to help us.

We have made 3 payments of over $300.00 each to this company. Thus far they have managed to dodge our attempts to resolve the issues. When we've asked to speak to a supervisor we have been talked out of it, or disconnected.

They are not only not helping us or paying our bills as promised, but they have decreased our credit score and made our accounts incur fees and raise our interest rates. They made promises to lower interest rates, and give us a way to pay off debt faster while paying less a month.

After we pay (if neccessary) all of the fees we have incurred we will not have saved any money, in fact we will only be paying more.
