So called insufficient fund fee

I'm sure a lot of you have already been hripped with bank of america's overdraft fees. Charging you for every little thing that they can. Not having any kind of cap on their charges either. They charged me 12 times $35 insufficent fee eventhough thier charge caused more than half of the fee. I was told that I will be charged another $35 if no deposit is made within 2 days. It's amazing this happens in America not a third world country where there is no law and order.

If you call in, they just tell you sorry, would you like to apply for overdraft protection. Nothing that you say matter. The customer service rep seems like they read a news paper, giving you the same answer from one rep to another. The economy is hurting right now, and people are losing everything they have worked for but still our lawmakers whom they have no regard for oridinary citizens are continuing to allow these banks to do anything that they wanted to do to this hard working citizens of this country. No wonder these banks have failed. What goes around come back around. May be not today or tomorrow but we have seen from time to time that those who ripped the powerless got ripped by the one who has more power. Tha's god. Can you believe that? An overdraft for the overdraft? One word comes to my mind. Oppression!

Bank of america is performing 'legal' extortion on anyone who keeps a low balance in their account. They will not budge on any fees and could really give a crap about the people, their clients having a hard time. I would love to switch banks, but a majority of my customers all bank with BofA. So if i switch it would take days to cash my chnge.
