People who are not helpful and mess your information up!

I've been dealing with these fools going back many months looking to get my student loan in great standing. The employee they have have no idea exactly what the heck they're doing. They deliver you info that's wrong. Have your name spelled incorrect, figures wrong and therefore are not prepared to assist. Why have you been operating in case your can't-get the info right. I named the DOE to tell them plus they are assholes too! Simply deliver finished 24 hours later because it is the screw up. The client support is terrible and wants enhancement particularly when you've a person that's dealing with you. Quit being assholes!!!
