I made a purchase from this site an it took 10 days to arrive only to find it was the wrong item

I created a purchase out of this website an it required 10 times to reach simply to think it is was the incorrect product. I named them an informed them an they stated they'd be delivering me info via email. It got 3 times for them simply to deliver the email. I delivered the merchandise back but still haven't received them i taken care of and its own been per month. I contact the amount they've on the webpage an the client service representative. Just informs me he's designated the purchase immediate and thats all he is able to do, and so I ask him when there is other people who might be ready to assist and he explained no just additional repetitions like him.
