They sent the wrong color and said there's nothing i can do

I odered a ds from there site they delivered the incorrect shade i named the helpline and also the lady there is rude and stated a good thing I really could do was visit the shop and find out when they had what I needed but i did't have occasion thats why i orderd online. And since when is it okay to obtain poeple to cover anything after which deliver whatever they need one to have i orderd a blue ds for my boy and these assholes deliver me a red one today I actually donot have enogh time for you to proceed and obtain a brand new or various shade plus they cannot do something about this. Therefore anyone who accualy wants anything do not visit gamestop or even the'll simply scerw it up for you
