Around March I was stupid enough to give Arthur Nottingham ("just like Sherwood Forrest", from Robin Hood he told me when pitching his product) $7500 for a Monarch trading system which posted some great numbers on their site (http://www.blackbox2trade.com), of course all before I paid for their "system".

Now of course I wonder about the validity of their posted numbers and would love to know if their partners include Bernie Madoff.

They had a 7 month guarantee after which the dumb client (me) is supposed to get $5000 back if the system did not perform according some stats. Needless to say they were successful in losing all the money I gave them except for the $200 or so that Striker securities (the brokerage firm) was kind enough to promptly refund me (http://www.striker.com/).

I have been in contact via phone with David Wilson who returns probably 1 out of 30 voice mails I have left him and have contacted via email, Arthur Nottingham and the "owner" Craig Stevens and to date have not received a single response from September 30th. I have sent these emails and voice mails everyday for the last 3 months and got only 3 voice mails from David Wilson who has totally given up returning my calls.

As opposed to Roger from Plainsboro NJ, the other victim from your site, I don't even get told that they are "working on it".

It looks like this Robin Hood is more than happy to steal from both the rich and the poor.

Is there anything you can do to help me get my $5000 back?

I am sending a similar report to the SEC and the CFTC, do you have suggestions on who I can email directly to get some visibility on this?

Is there a way I can get in touch with any other victims of Arthur Nottingham or blackbox2trade.com?
