On April 8 I was solicited by phone to purchase a system to trade the S&P E-mini. The system is very selective and only trades up to approximately 8 times per month. I was told and shown how it would produce a return of 9%. However that wasn't the case for it lost money for 6 consecutive months losing a total of $3075.00 and not trading for the last couple months. Representatives Andrew Wright, David Wilson and John Woehrle all admit that according to their guarantee my money should be refunded. However I have been trying to recover my investment since December when they refunded only half of the investment. The company does not deny that I am owed the balance being $2500.00. The problem is I am consistantly told to call back in a few weeks for they are working on it. I could certainly use some help here in recovering my money. It is apparent their guarantee is equally as poor as their system.
