I requested a roomba vacuum from hsn on may13th, and about 5 mins after purchase was positioned i recognized my previous likely# was still on consideration... I named hsn customer support and recommended them of the mistake. The repetition i spoke to was excellent... She mentioned that she'd alter the likely #. About 3 nights later I acquired a contact confirmed shipping verification, but towards the incorrect likely quantity despite i named and told them. And so I named them back she stated to not fear they'd challenge it with advantages. About 14 days later I acquired a notice from hsn declaring they investigated it and advantages exhibits it had been shipped. Well i called them-and they stated once more it'll be set dont fear you don't be billed. Its not july25th and you know what it turned up like a cost on my checking account. Now they express they don't display i named 3 times after i put the purchase to alter it. I have today needed to document a to obtain my money-back from hsn...
