My package never came on the dates stated

I'd requested a outfit from 3tailer.com on 8/5. Them stated "Often In-Stock & boats in 1-2 times." During checkout it stated my anticipated obtained delivery day could be 8/19/11- 8/21. I required the outfit for September 1, and thought that even when I acquired them on 8/21 it nevertheless offered me-time to test it on & alter it if it did not match. I waited 3 business days but still no bundle. And so I examined the advantages monitoring program also it stated my bundle is planned to become shipped on Sept 1. I named 3tailer again to discover what occurred towards the advantages 2-day. This time around I talked to Taylor and he or she stated that Sandra had required it delivered UPS 2-day having a provide day of September 1. WTF??!!?? That does not actually seem sensible! Since I told Sandra that I required them on September 1, used to donot understand she would request it to become shipped on that VERY EVENING! Therefore Taylor requested Sandra concerning the scenario, and what she'd to express was that she didn't assure me any day. What type of garbage support is the fact that?!
