Leo Gilbert, Christopher Davis. Promissed to do a loan modificatoin. They never delivered. I paid them $4100.00

On 12/23 08, we were contacted by christopher davis, he stated they could get us a modification with our lender. For the sum of $7500.00. A payment schedule was put in place with a down payment of $ 2600.00 due on 12/30/08; a second payment due on 2/3/09; of $1000.00 and a third payment due 2/28/09 for 1500.00 and the bal to be paid by the income tax return for tax year. They kept saying the paper work had to come from India. We made contact with the lender emc and was informwd they had no knoweldge of american home solutions attemptong to get a modification for our home. We paid them a total of $4100.00.

We have all the canceled checks. We made several contacts with american home solutions, spoke with leo gilbert, he stated they were waiting for the papers to come in from india. We last spoke to him in march of 09. He stopped comunicating with us at that time. It is now the 23 of july.
