Stay Away from this company. Since my lender refused to refinance my present loan I signed up with this company and paid upfront 3000. You get call every day till you sign up and pay the fees. Then starts the drama, no answer to phone calls and emails. After waiting more than a year i got a letter from my lender saying i did not qualify for loan modification. And legal home solutions not refunding my money as promised.
