Wont deposit money

My spouse visited the financial institution recently, 6/7, and they had software problems plus maynot deposit anything. Today, 6/8, I went to deposit more money, and get cash-out. I had been educated their program was still along, however they might consider my checks, not provide me-any cash-back, so that as quickly because the program is back up, deposit the checks. Issue is, the machine is as much as WITHDRAW inspections from my consideration, although not to DEPOSIT cash! This really is crazy!
