Owner refusal refund deposit & payment

Operator, AAALuxuryVillas, LLC will not spend deposit and stability cost check after dual-scheduling rental home VRBO #300483. I ask about my holiday rental check in methods however the operator stated that she obtained my rental cost overdue and reserved it to another person. The dog owner cashed my deposit but reserved it to another person. She currently will not give a reimbursement of my deposit and cost. She verbally decided to spend me back however hasn't responded to my email to verify to cost. Rental contract says that complete reimbursement is likely to be supplied if reserved to another person as a result of termination. NOTICE: used to do not stop! The dog owner incorrectly double-booked but nonetheless really wants to maintain my deposit.

Still awaiting my reimbursement!!! Note: AAALuxuryVillas which rents out additional qualities in Orlando through VRBO has already established additional grievances with Better Business Office.
