False billing

I received my AT&T telephone bill having a $22.95 cost out of this conning company. I named and talked having a "customer support specialtist called Julia and he or she stated it was authorized online and established with a mobile call. LIES on all records! She stated she'd quit the support but couldn't take away the costs to my statement. SUPPORT! JanerG3@bellsouth.net
