Stop monthly statements

My wife and i bought a 2005 f 150 supercab its a great truck but sorry finance company this took place last july now we have paid on time every month still paying on time but now they decided they dont have to send out the statements now sence drive filed bankrupticyany way now its santander consumers usa inc any way now my wife dont get her statements monthy no more she has called 3 time 2 times they just hung up on her the third time they said they would send julys of 2009 statement well thats been over 2 weeks ago so what is the deal do they thank that people who have problems with there credit and so they take the load so they can treat people and talk to people how they want well i wish i knew how to get a hold of someone in that company who could and would do something for the people that tries to make there payments the leader head should read ripoff comsumers usa inc or they need to learn ho to do there jobs or send them where ever they come from. So beware if a car dealer or a dealership says they got you approve through these people tell them to find someone else or forget it because if i knew then what i know now i would told them this the is a sorry company
