Outlandish ripoff late fees, attorney fees & collection cost, foreclosure fees and costs

This company has foreclosed 9 times out of 12 months and is billing me $850 for attorney fee and collection cost, a legal fee of $200, foreclosure cost of $753.62, a property valuation fee of $34.74, and late fees of $752.93.

I am so dumb when it comes to loans but i really don't think this is legal.

They have my property as collateral but have not paid the property taxes in 2 years which i assumed they had to pay, help i am sinking fast.

I am a single mom that doesn't want to end up losing my property and home to ocwen.
