Of Grosse Pointe, Michigan Entire Staff Ripoff, lie, cannot provide a straight answer to any questions!

I opened an account with Key Bank only because I wanted to earn frequent flyer miles. BIG mistake.

I have had consistent problems with this bank and their inability to explain how and why fees are accessed. The bank manager openly admits that she can't explain why and when fees are applied to an account.

I have been accessed fees for money that had been deducted from and cleared my account. The customer service representatives can only tell me that that is they way Key Bank works, but they will not reverse the charges!

When I asked to speak with the managers boss, she advised me that both he and his boss had been fired and hadnot been replaced, so their was no one else to speak with.

Please tell anyone you know to stay away from Key, they are the biggest rippof artists I've ever seen! What can we do?
