American Database Marketing, Home Data Services Guaranteed To Fund I paid for Mortgage Leads and got Ripped OFF!

I own a small Mortgage Company in SW Florida. Things are very tough these days, so we have to watch every penny we spend. As everyone knows, it is tough to get a Mortgage deal these days. So we resorted to trying out buying leads. I had received an email from Home Data Services stating how great their lead program was and how their leads are GUARANTEED. This was something I have never seen before, so I did some research and made sure that the company actually existed. I also called them and spoke to the owner Scott. He made everything sound so good, and made me feel very comfortable. So I forked over the $500 in advance for my 60 leads that were guaranteed or I could return them and get new ones if we did not close a loan off of it. Needless to say, we got maybe 7 leads, then total silence. No return calls, no return emails from them, just silence! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything from this company. They just recently changed their name to AMERICAN DATABASE MARKETING. It is my belief that they take a bunch of money from people, never deliver, then change their name when the heat is on.
