Scam

I ordered the free trial. Paid $3.50 for shipping. Before recieving the product I discovered all the complaints online. As soon as I recieved the product I called to cancel any future orders. I gave my credit card number (they already had it anyway) and was told I did not have an active order. I asked for a cancellation number and was told there was nothing to cancel and that I would not be getting any future charges. Well, I just recived a second shippment. After calling, I was told that there was no record of my first call and that I would not be refunded the $87.13 fee but they will cancel my order now. They refused to transfer me to anyone else and said managers do not take calls and anyone else would tell me the same thing. Do not order this product!
