American premier services did not provide the product i purchased and will not return calls/emails/faxes

I was called by a gentleman Roger J who sold me on internet leads for individuals refinancing or buying new homes who need Home Insurance. I paid about 3 times a normal lead cost becuase these leads were guaranteed closes. This was guaranteed becuase his company calls the prospects, sets an appointment and confirms their insterest to buy. I received leads that were not called, not verified, I even received a Life insurance lead (which i did not buy life leads) for a woman who died 2 years ago. The family was Very angry when I called them.

I have tried to get a refund, cancel service or work out some arrangement to make good ont he 55 leads i was guaranteed closed. I closed 0. I now will not get return emails, calls or faxes. The service rep, Bernie, even had my office phone blocked so I need to call from home or my cell phone.

I worked hard to vet the source. I have emails about their service and guarantees. I hope to have the CA attorney General help and shut this practice down but it is wasting a lot of my time, not to mention the wasted $400.00
