Fraudulent misrepresentation of facts, slander, liable, non professional and unethical behavio

Vince Taylor has misrepresented facts, causes and effects in his past business dealings and on line postings with us and my companies in many ways. He even has misrepresented his status as being a practicing lawyer online by profession; he is a consultant not a practicing, licensed lawyer in this State.

He is trying to take financial advantage of me and my companies by demanding money, not due him because of what he calls contract overages. Overages that he himself as a the GC elected to incur with significant contract and plan changes I was not aware of and that he fraudulently ordered off my wholesale accounts without my knowledge or approval adding up large account totals then trying to hold me responsible for his decisions.
In my opinion, and others, customers should be very wary of doing business with Vince Taylor and his companies. His mercurial temperament and at many times irrational behavior, un fair nature and fraudulent representations make it very difficult to trust him and find synergy to be able to productively work with him. He dos not tell the whole story nor does he represent the real truth. His temper, tactics and my way or nothing approach make for a bad combination. He is man who thinks he has and knows all the answers, no one can tell Vince Taylor anything.

I worry that this same self serving fraudulent behavior will transfer into his consulting business where trust, understanding, integrity, teamwork, character and sensitivity are required as basic assets.
