Forced insurance despite proof of coverage and forbearance kept on credit

My loan was originally with Conti Mortgage it was sold to Fairbanks I had nothing but trouble with them. They forced insurance on my home although my ins.com. Faxed, mailed and called them for approx. 6 months. Also on forbearance plan finished it they would not remove from my credit. Said it was to remain there for seven years.
