Scam charges

Our 92-year old mom requested a FlavorWave range from Thane after viewing their infomercial. She obtained the stove but didn't get the $59.85 Taste Wave Cook's Package that she requested with it. They charged her an excessive $39.90 for delivery likewise. I named Thane on her account plus they stated that they stuffed the cook's package using the stove. They didn't. I examined all of the presentation also it wasn't there. They stated that she'd need to follow a state using the postoffice. They slyly charged her charge card for $69 plus some change just and invoiced her for that outstanding $132.50 that we suppose they'll bill to her charge card later. This made me not able to get any redress from her charge card business. I'll be considered a thousand kilometers away and not able to look after this from the period the 2nd payment comes. Exactly what a horrible fraud on an aged lady.
