Flavor Wave Oven / Thane International
Crap that's being delivered out-of China

In September I requested a "Taste Wave" stove after viewing an infomercial on television. The organization that makes this product is "Thane International". I received my purchase in about 6 months and place it away to provide to my spouse for Holiday. On Christmas evening she popped it and we were enthusiastic to test this new item out thus we introduced a freezing poultry in the fridge to prepare.

Well it's today Jan 25 and we're still awaiting our poultry to prepare. The moment we switched on the stove the lover started up and also the cooking light arrived on and within 2 seconds it burned-out. After-Christmas I named the organization to protest and was informed they'd deliver an upgraded but I'd need to purchase for that component. After worrying that it didn't function "from the container" I had been informed that I'd not need to pay for but that it'd need to be backordered.

On January 12th I still hadn't obtained the alternative component and so I delivered a contact to Thane Intl at www.thane.com. I sensed when they might not deliver my alternative component instantly that I ought to get a return. They declined saying the one month promise had terminated. Normally it ended since I have purchased like a present and place it away "unopened" until Christmas Evening.

I've undoubtedly they might deliver mean whole fresh stove when they cared something about customer support. However they prefer to hassle me.

Along with the stove I also obtained "totally free" aside from delivery and handling costs (ha) a food chopper. Among the top features of the meals helicopter was an apple corer. Well we cored precisely one apple about the 2nd apple it also smashed.

Unfortunately there aren't any handles nowadays within the crap that's being delivered out-of China, if there have been these specific things wouldn't occur.

Main point here is I'd like my money-back or my alternative delivered today. I'm presently assembling a web site that'll increase on my host briefly informing the planet about that item. Ideally it'll assist and ideally this mail can help but I somewhat doubt it.
