Rude Service, I called this because I have a debt to settle. I wanted information on payments plans availability. The lady was typin or something at the same time, so I could not hear her but only hear the keys she was pushing to type. So I told her I could not hear here clearly. I asked for information if any was available on website so I can look at them myself and make a decision. She said i can give it to you but it tells you NOTHING. I need an answer now, when I said I needed to make sure I can make that payment. She started talking over me and made me more anxious... And I could not listen to her anymore, because she wanted to do all the talking. I asked her if she could send me information on a Rehab program she was trying to get me on... Lol... At this time. All I wanted was OPTIONS and she gave me none and wanted to talk over me and started screaming. Gosh I hope she did not have a heart attack
