Invalid charges

I named to create a cost of $900.00 through my bank account and offered the right bill number about the program. Hsbc stated it had been approved plus they might billed me a $15.00 handling charge. Per month later I recived a statement using the cost amount put into my stability where it had been never prepared plus one more $29.00 finance cost. After I named the client support division (which seemed like these were situated in a different country) they stated I offered the right bank account number, nevertheless, two additional figures were put into my bill number which used to do not provide them. They currently charged me additional costs due to their error. I've reduced this consideration using the exclusion of those extra costs and experience I had been unjustly incurred this charge of $44.06. They've today billed mean additonal $2.00 fund cost about the $44.06 that will be currently as much as $46.06. Personally I think this is just a scenario they produced illegally to obtain more money due to their use. Personally I think this is just a major injustice plus they feed on customers since we've no additional assets readily available for us to combat these costs.
