They promise to help lower our mortgage payments.instead our payment went up. I was told in January that my mortgage would look at our account in 4-6 wks and get back with me. We waited and in 8 weeks we tried to get in touch with FLM they had already gone out of business. We paid them our hard earned money and we did not get any thing.
