My husband I contacted FLM (seen their ad on T.V.) talk and agreed to pay 995.00 for their help to lower are mortgage payment, they did contact are mortgage holder because they sent us a letter saying they have been approach by FLM. And that was it. My complaint is not only did we get ripped-off for the money but they have are confidential information
