The company mortgage rescue options or www.fixyourloan.com is a scam they will take your money and run, they closed down their office in Tustin California after take several thousands of dollars from "clients" and they did not even pay their employees what they owed to them either. They are a scam They took a lot of money from struggling home owners and did not complete the modifications for the clients that were brought in to them at all.
