Fifth Third Bank
Think's they got me again. This time i have proof in writings

I feel so bad about what this bank is doing to the people and getting away with it. We the avarge people would be put in jail for doing this to others. Why does our government not do something to stop them.?

Answer, The officals that could do something are the ones that have interest's in this and the other banks that use this program to rip off the poor and some of the middle class people in our great country.

I have a print out from fifth third bank that shows a deposit of 660.00 dollars was direct deposited on June 4th and also a print out from the company that deposited the monies as a direct deposit on the 4th of June.

The next day the bank changed the date of the deposit in order to overdraft my account in the amount of 222.00 dollars, Thats robbery.

I then paid down my fifth third loan advance to a balance of 222.00 dollars and notified them in writings that i was closing my checking with them be cause of the unfair overdraft charges and that i was not going to pay them the 222.00 dollars balance on the advance from them and that i would expect to hear from there lawyer soon.

They are now overdrafting me again and paying A C H payments on my closed account. Now when i call them they take the charges and the payments back off.

They are now charging me an overdraft fee of 39.00 dollars and 8.00 dollars a day for the 222.00 dollars that they stold from me.

So many of these reports are rite on, just like mine, and i know some are more then likly bad banking practices by the consumer, sorry but it must be true in some of these reports.

I would love to be part of a class action lawsuit against this company, and some day there will be one, and it will win for sure.
