Back-dated escrow refund check led to police fraud report

Our story is much like a lot of others: payments not credited. We send ours through Western Union because we don't have good luck with banks, so we do not have a checking account. Citi has messed up our escrow. The latest thing they did was send an escrow refund check that we had been asking for a year. They back-dated it to April, and we did not notice until we got a letter from the check cashing store where we cashed it. Now they are reporting us to the police for fraud.

This is not the first bad mortgage company we have had. Our loan was sold to them by Ameriquest, which lost the class action suit against it for predatory and bad lending practices. I would be glad to be part of any class action suit against Citi.
