These bums raised rate on zero balance account in one month from 6.74 to 15.9 APR. Called India and nice man said they were so sorry. I received a notice several months ago and called India at that time and was told... Don't worry sir this will not effect you. They raise everyones interest rate yo outrageous levels. My advice is pay balance immediately and then call and cancel account. If several million do that they will get the message and be out O business, which is what they deserve!
