Very rude when you ask why they ripped you off!

My account was low, and i had a bill that was supposed to clear my account and i was going to take money out of my savings and add some to cover the amount. And about 4 or 5 days before, i used my card for a 4.90 charge. They held the smaller charge till the larger charge came in so they could hit me with 2 overdrafts. The company with the larger bill also over charged me which i was not expecting so if i had of had just one over draft i could have understood that. When i called to ask why they had done that the guy told me i needed to learn how to balance my account. Since then ive had a couple of charges to my account w/overdrafts and i have'nt even used my card. I've had this happen before but i just thought i had made a mistake with my account. I have heard that they have been sued for doing this in the past, however, that was just hear say. You know people are having a hard time right now and the future is'nt looking to good, so someone needs to stop all
these ripoff companys out there.
