Ameriserv aka US Bank ripoff overdrafts

Charges overdraft fees on. 08 cents. And if you make a charge on you debit card and didn't have enough funds to cover it but you are going to deposit money in the morning it is too late! They charge you for a post $35 dollars even if the money wasn't taken out of your account yet.

How can they charge 35 dollars on 8 cents but if you have a savings account you might get lucky to get 1% intrest but they can make a 6000% inetrest on over drafts.

There has to be a stop to bank fees they are ripping people off. If the goverment can set a % fee on loans they should set a % fee on overdrafts. Now banks have it it has to be paid in three days and if not it is $10 a day til it is paid. Come on this is getting outrageous.
