Unauthorized charges

Unauthorized charges appearing for $38.84 on my debit account., 2 times in 10 days. Stemming from a Goggle Profits purchase. (the CD showed up empty $1.97) They are appearently connected. The phone number cannot be connected. My bank paid the unauthorized charges, now I have to cancel all my personnal and business cards. Anyone want to get together and sue these people, who appearently have made alot of money with this scam? Someone needs to go to jail!
