Unauthorized charges to our checking account

After realizing that we had made a purchase we did not want, and seeing that they debited our checking account for $83.86, I called the company and asked for the charges to be credited to our account and they said they would do that but it would take 60 to 90 days. So I said I would wait. I have been watching and waiting and on the 25th of November another debit appeared on our account, for $89.00.! So now I have contacted our bank and hopefully they can reverse those charges. This company is not up front and have made unauthorized charges to our accounts.
