Clear Financial Solutions fraudulently charged my credit card $1095 without a written contract as required by the Ststute of Frauds and without my signatre. They refused to cancel the transaction when they talked to my husband a few weeks later. Today (June 15) they refused to cancel the contract, even when told that they were committing fraud by my attorney, a friend of mine.
