A friend of mine fell victim to the $239.95 check scam. I do believe that Clear Credit and Clear Choice Credit Solutions are different entities.
I did some research on both, and they have no connection that I can find other that be scam artists. I believe that Clear Choice Credit Solutions used that name specifically to create a smoke-screen for them when they wanted to run.
It seems to have worked... Until now.
