Warning to all about thelonex.com

I have been in contact with thelonex.com and have spoken with a rep named Scott McKinney at extension 4010. I have asked and asked for references both customers and business partners. He keeps telling me that if I pay him I can contact people on their reference list but I have to pay them first. I have also talked to him about the legality of paying for help with funding. He has told me that I am paying for credit restoration and that the funding is free. I asked if I could get the funding only and he said that is not how this works. I do not believe that this is a legitamate company and they are trying to rip people off. (I have emails confirming this info as well as phone messages Scott has left)
