SCS Private Funding Mortgage scam that takes money upfront in order to process 100% financing-> SCAM

I'm a property agent & the corporation has defrauded my customer out-of significantly more than $9,000 - the first $2500 and several additional extravagant costs they gathered upfront without my understanding. Don't utilize them!!! They offered an acceptance after which proceeded to require expansion after expansion before vendor (a lender promoting an REO) lastly mentioned they'd enough after over 8 weeks of extensions whenever we had financing agreement prior to the first expansion request. Some methods they employed for seeking extensions involved: requiring additional time to order loans together to market about the secondary-market in mass, traders overview of loans is getting additional time than anticipated, etc...
